The kneading process requires the use of air-cooled quenching and manual aging processes to complete the heat treatment strengthening.
3、 Coloring process


Aluminum profiles need to be anodized before coloring. Anodized aluminum profiles not only have high wear resistance, but also have a beautiful surface

Decorative: When aluminum profiles are used for decoration or certain specific occasions, different colored aluminum profiles need to be obtained by anodizing and coating the surface of the aluminum profile.
